Grace Episcopal Church
Monthly OATH Meals
The Okefenokee Alliance for the Homeless (OATH) is a community-based nonprofit serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness throughout Southeast Georgia. OATH works to provide essential resources, practical support, and compassionate outreach to some of the most vulnerable members of our community. Through partnerships with local churches, civic groups, and volunteers, OATH offers consistent meals, emergency assistance, and pathways toward stability and dignity.

As part of this vital work, Grace Episcopal Church contributes by preparing 50 fresh, home-cooked meals every month for our unhoused neighbors. Each meal includes a hearty main dish, two sides, rolls, fresh fruit, and dessert, offering not only nourishment but also a reminder that our community cares. By the close of 2025, Grace will have provided over 500 meals through this ministry alone.

This work is sustained entirely through generosity and volunteer support. If you feel called to help, contributions may be made to the Rector’s Discretionary Fund, which directly supports the cost of ingredients and supplies. You may also reach out to James Israel for information about which food items are currently needed to help keep our pantry stocked for upcoming meal preparations.
